WTB: 2020+ 3.0 LM2 air intake parts (S&B and PPE)

I'm not sure if it will 100% work, but i'm not sure i could get the individual parts anyways.  Long story short, I'm in california and most places wont sell the S&B cold air intake. even if i got it completely, it's not carb legal (i need the sticker on the airbox to pass smog check). My idea was to get just the S&B tube to the turbo and the PPE air box boot to flow better while keeping the stock air box. Things should still look stock but have better flow. I also don't know if it will pick up HP, but if i can get the slightest improvement on fuel economy, that would help (my truck is 2 years old and i have 75,000 miles on it).

 

I know it would involve parting out a CAI set up and possible PPE set up, but it has come up before (i was just too slow to get to). Any help would be greatly appreciated on sourcing parts or even knowing if this set up would work).
