I could be wrong, but I’m not sure you can adapt that camera to the rear view mirror. It’s a different connector, unless that camera comes out easily. And you can mount the other one in it’s place.

Im sure your right  . I was think of removing the camera & replacing it with the other ...

That camera points directly at the bed. So you wouldn't be able to see anything behind you.
