is there a way to perma-disable auto start/stop?

I tried the Range Tech module first but it caused weird throttle surging issues for me. My issue was evidently an outlier because the techs had never heard of it and had no solutions. Other people love their stuff, so not knocking the company.

Went with the autostop eliminator. Don't be intimidated by popping off a couple trim pieces around the radio and button area, it is simple and well documented in the videos. Quick install, works flawlessly and leaves the OBDII port open for other uses.

Overpriced HP tuners. Used to be the first tuner that was able to Tune DFM and auto start stop OFF etc on the 19 and up Silverado/sierra. until superchips and Diablo sport figured it out to. then HP tuners lowered their over priced price. I have superchips and tuned off all that stuff. Worth it very much. No credits required, just a ECM send in so they can unlock it.
