Changed Batteries and have reduced power and more.

Recommended Posts

I got a 2019 2500 4WD. I changed both batteries today and after I started it my check engine light came on, gave me an emissions system signal, reduced my speed, and says I have 174 miles of DEF remaining. Has anybody had this problem, and if so, is there a way to fix this without taking it to the shop?  I already disconnected bothnegative posts and then reconnected with no luck. TIA!
