OnStar Alert only 1600 Miles?

Mike1M

Question

ONly had my New 2022 Colorado for little over a month and Got an "OnStar" Alert yet nothing on the IP of any Issues? As the Alert recommended to take it to Dealer. Did they Found several Codes but could not ID which was the Cause they thought these "Codes" were npt Ckear after the Build of the Truck? Only good thing was they got it in quickly nd had it back with 1.5 hours but it was a slow day at the service dept.  Odd that there was nothing on the IP Display though and got both a Txt & EMail to take it in.

Got To like all the Technology yet they have yet to have anything when a Starter goes Bad or a 4WD Service needed just anything with some kind of "Sensor" from my experience with Chevrolet Trucks and "OnStar.

Is this Common getting an Alert?
