Oil pan removal with bds lift silverado 2005 5.3

I have a bds 6 inch lift on the truck and it looks like I just have to remove the four bolts on the cross member and the bolt holding the front diff to get some clearence to remove the oil pan. If I remove this crossmember, will it be a pita to put back in. I am not sure if it is under tension or might cause alignment issues. Mainly just worried about the tension. I tried to lift the engine but don't have enough room. Thanks in advance.

If the frame isn't tweaked they usually don't put up a huge fight. If it comes out easy enough then it'll go back in the same way.
