Will a Silverado 1500 Steering Wheel fit on an HD?

I'd like to upgrade to a heated leather wheel for my 2019 2500hd Work Truck but they all seem to be out of stock. I can order this one below for a half ton, will everything connect and work ok? If so will I still use an HD clock spring for the heat?

 

I only intend to use the controls on the left and keep the block off plate on the right since I have an IOB stereo.
