Anyone wth a 2000 model 3-door?

Ive  seen descriptions on how to change the 4x6 speaker on the " 3rd door" of the x- cab, but i have never seen instructions on  how to replace a speaker on the "fixed" driver side.

Has anyone done this yet? what has to be removed? I used to have  an 89 Silverado and I remember it was a nightmare to change the speakers in back. Can anyone help? I know this should probably be posted in the audio section, but I figured I would get an answer here faster.  Thanks in advance!   :D

i did the whole system in my truck; from wires to dynamatt.

the front door panel is the easiest to remove that i've

seen yet. no goofy snaps that get destroyed. just remove

door handle cover and panel that houses the window/door

lock switch. then remove the plastic pillar cover behind

mirror (side), 2 screws around armrest and "viola" lift up

on door panel and it's off.

i installed Polk Momo's (6.5") and along with the rears, i

10" wo3 JL sub and about 1,100 watt 5 channel Alpine amp,

i'll never be happy with a stock GM stereo again.

hope this helps.
