GM reviews usually get the "cheap plastic parts" and "lose the cladding" comments from the press and reviewers.  The Av must be a strong candidate to overcome both!

All i have to say is that Finally The Avalanche is getting what it deserves!!!. I must agree cannot buy a better truck for the money and by far the best choice Motor Trend has made in a long time. Way to go GM!!

I have put 1300 miles on mine since I got it (Dec. 8) and love it. The people that don`t like it haven`t gotten a chance to spend some time with it. Congrats to the Av.

I agree more after market parts, probably will happen when more trucks get out there. Anyone know how many have been built already?
