Where can I get a criss cross grille?

I'd like to get a criss cross grille on my Tahoe (like what is on the HD's and some F*rds).  Are the grille inserts interchangable?  Can I make grille inserts from hardware store items?  Someone mentioned gutter guards here, but I think the holes are too small for what I'm looking for.  (I still might try that in the bumper knockouts).
