Hey guys. I have been doing trucks for a while but got a new ride and wanted to share. Its a GMC C3, pretty sweet truck. I got some pics of it with the new 20s on. It has been lowered 2 inched in the rear and sits prefectly level now. Top of tire to fender front and rear is 5.5" The rims are new Centerline Orbital 1 piece forged wheels, Lancer style. They are chrome, not polished as I did not want to keep up with cleaning them (for those that have billet know this  These rims are very nice as they are light and solid and did not require much weight to balance. Here is the info on rims and tires just in case anyone wants to know:

Size: 20x8

Backspace: 5"

Tire: Nitto 404

Tire size: 275/55/20

 

This combo fits perfect. Overall diameter is same as stock. I went with a taller tire as lowering a AWD C3 is difficult. Staggered sizes is not possible as well. Plus, this is my daily driver and I want a decent ride with performance. The tires fill up the wheel wells more, factory looking almost. I did not want to go radical. ALl trucks should come with 20s factory....LOL More mods to come, hoping to run 13 on motor alone.........

HAHA, can't give you the vette man, I got a few plans for it ;) I got plans for the truck as well, just takn oe time to get there. Messing with stuff is a bad habit I have.....LOL   Just wait till the next project I have in mind  ;)

Thanks guys. I will post more pics of mods when I put them on. There will be a few in store that are different....

 

The stock rims are for sale at the shop I got the rims from. THe are factory 17 in polished and clearcoated. have 265/75 tires on them. Less then 500 miles. Have them send me an email and I get them a price. Only problem is shipping them as I have to find boxes and they are quite big and heavy being mounted and such. Email is [email protected]

 

Actually, the rims and tires were not that expensive at all. I got them for $2800 out the door. Chrome rimes, lugs, tires, mount, balance. If anyone is interested, I can set some deals up if you want for rims and tires or any other things. Got a few shops and people I do business with. Any performance item I should be able to get reasonably through another distributor. Just let me know.
