Anyone know of a car rebuilder around central Al?

Just what the title says. After 3 years of driving my truck with new registration each year, the state finally noticed that it has a salvage title. Now I cannot get a new registration until the truck is inspected, or classified as a rebuilt vehicle. So if anyone knows of someone who is classified as a rebuilder by the state I would appreciate it. I really want to be able to drive the trucks sometimes, and thanks to the state I cannot, legally anyway. Thanks in advance, for any info or ideas.
