I came across this and was wondering if it's useful to help diagnose problems:

I'm curious as to what this is a followup?

 

What you have there is the service manuals and bulletins identical to what we use in service.

 

The difference is, we use the web based version that's updated daily and what you have is only going to be updated a couple times a year. It's meant as a backup source of information if the internet should go down in the dealership for any reason.

 

Didn't take 'em long to start selling the DVD version. It just came out for the first time a few weeks ago.
