I've been looking for one too. There have been some on Ebay but not in charcoal color. The part number we need is 10370194. For now I cut the orginal one and you can hardly tell the difference.

Are you sure of the P/N? I tried to check how much would it cost from GM dealers and all of the sites said no parts found.

Sorry, I missed the last number, it should be 10370194. It lists for $161 through the dealers, I have never found it available on online parts sites.

Hi, for the second time, are you sure of this second P/N?...LOL..

If it is 10370194 I found it at gmpartsdirect for $85.87

That is the number the dealer gave me when I called for the passenger side lower dash panel. He told me that it also included the glove box door as they where sold as a one piece part. I didn't get it yet, I figured I'd try Ebay for a cheaper one, but so far haven't found a charcoal one yet.
