new/used 2000 Sonoma and HI

Hey all I'm new around here and to GM's period. I just sold my jeep and purchased a used 2000 GMC Sonoma SLS with 140,000 km and it's got the 4.3 under the hood.

I'd just like to know if there's anything I should get looked at on this truck or what to watch out for, if anything of course.

Assuming it was cared for, you shouldn't really have to worry about the 4.3L. I'd go ahead and change all the fluids though. I'd definately change the transmission fluid and filter if it is a 4L60E (auto).

Check the oil lines by the filter for leakage. Also it would be a good idea to flush the radiator in addition to what was already mentioned.
