Fog light noise in back of YukonXL

At first I thought I was crazy, but I'm on my third Yukon XL and they all have done this. When I turn on my fog lights, there is a slight noise in the rear of the truck. Is there a relay or something back there? Seems wierd that it would be in the rear.

It is the rear wiper motor. Common problem. There is a TSB about a grounding problem but I never bothered to fix it as it really doesn't bother me and at 154K does not appear to be causing anyother problem.
