Okay, two seperate issues I need help with before I sell my Suburban

(that I love).

I think the cat is gone, toast, history, no good. What is the least expensive cat to buy out there???????

Issue # 2

When I shift into reverse in 4 wheel or 2 wheel and there is a fair amout of torque the drive shifter ( on the floor board ) makes a LOUD clunk and shifts into neutral. Why is this happening? What can I do?

For the transmission, Check all motor mounts and transmission mount. One or more could be broken allowing excessive movement.
