Removal Of 08 Xm Radio Install Nav Plug/play?

I have a 2008 silverado and I was wodering if I installed a Nav system in place of my standard XM radio. Would it be plug and play? Thanks.

It should be just make sure you get one for your type on system. everything will be plug and play, Be sure the touchscreen is unlocked

If you are looking to install a factory nav system, it will be "plug" but to "play" you will have to have a dealer vin lock it to your system. Also, make sure the new radio, as mentioned by michigansilver03, that it complies with the rest of your system. The dealer's parts department should be able to advise on that from your VIN #.
