Wester's Tune Arrived.

Today i got my westers tune downloaded it to my Diablo then installed it in the car.

Dont know what to say but the power i recieved is very good and it is noticable especially the shifting from first to second the speedometer doesnt stop it keeps moving same as when its moving in first gear but the second to third shifting stayed like the stock I dont know why but when reaching rpm 4200 the power returns.

It will take your computer a while to adapt/adjust to your truck and driving style. I have heard that if you do a couple of WOT runs it will help your ECM learn faster. If after a while you are still experiencing the shift problem, contact Westers for an update. Talk to Lyndon. Tell him what your are experiencing. He will be able to update your tune then to correct the problem. You have the great advantage of being able to get your tune via email and uploading with your Diablo.

What year truck and Diablo part #? I just started looking into this and wondered if they could do this for my 2006 5.3L.

08 5.3 silverado diablo # u7194 I just changed the tune and went with a custom tune. tuned it with hp tuner it runs wilder than before actually i noticed the westers didnt do a lot they just raised the spark and the truck was running too lean but with the hp tuner removed 50% torque managment and changed the shifitng points to 6000 rpm.

If u want a good power go with hp tuner or efi live or a dyno tune if u want limited performance go with the diablo.

in our country we have 4 places and i went with the second best here because the best tuner is very far and cant go there. its called chip centric here in Dubai hes the distibutor for hp tuner here in our country and he tuned my car.
