Fs: Diablosport Predator Handheld Programmer U7192

I've decided to go the custom tune route and will be selling my like new DiabloSport Predator handheld programmer model U7192. This model works on 2006 GM trucks and 2007 "Classic" trucks. Two important notes: this unit is UNLOCKED and was purchased from an AUTHORIZED DiabloSport dealer (Sunliner Tire & Auto). This is important because many people have been burned on tuners bought off ebay or other sources that turned out to be locked to a specific VIN number. If you buy a locked tuner it is essentially useless unless you pay DiabloSport $100 to unlock it. Also, DiabloSport will not warranty tuners bought from unauthorized dealers or individuals. If you have a problem with a Predator that was purchased from an unauthorized dealer or wish to have that tool updated to the latest firmware DiabloSport will charge $100. If purchased from an authorized dealer you only pay shipping costs to DiabloSport and nothing more. Tuner is in like new condition. In fact it has been out of its box only two times. Once when I installed the Predator tune and the second time when I re-installed my factory tune. I am including the original box and owner's manual. A copy of the original receipt will also be included so that if a problem should ever arise it would be covered under DiabloSport's warranty (they will require a copy of the original receipt proving that it was purchased from an authorized dealer). I paid $400, will sell for $300 shipping included in the U.S. ($325 shipped to Canada). I take USPS Money Orders or PayPal (split fees 50/50 with buyer).
