I'm interested in anyone's experience with mounting the newer style telescoping style mirrors on an 2002 2500HD which is originally equipped with the standard outside electric mirrors. Thanks in advance.

I installed the CIPA mirrors: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.a...mp;autoview=sku

It was an easy swap, about 10 minutes per side if that.

Ditto that, also they still work fine and defrost after a year or so and I bought mine second hand.
