Need Rec. On Replacement Battery

I had the truck to the dealer today for the engine light on. I also had them test the battery because the truck has had a hard time starting on the clod mornings we have had lately. Well they found 3 bad injectors, 2,6,7 and the battery has a dead cell. The dealer started to give me the sales pitch for a new battery when I cut him off and told him I would handle it myself. The injectors will be replaced next Saturday under warranty, (extended).

So, I need a new battery, what would you recommend??
