Help With Cams And Timing Chain

can anyone tell wat a good cam that would give me the most hp with a stock or near stock idle, i also want to change out the timing chain, wats the difference between a single and double roller timing chain, any help please!!! o and the engine is a 5.3 in a 2000 silverado, any experiences would also be appreciated
