Gmc 2500 Savana Electrical Connection For Aftermarket Accessories

I would like to install an aftermarket Audiovox XM receiver in my van. I would like to know if there is Mid Bussed Electrical Connector such as the 2009 Sierra pickups have, to install the connector P/N 20791502 and use pin #8 (RAP) feed for my power connection to an added power outlet, and if so where is the panel located. Thanks in advance for any information.
