I'd be carfull to not over torque bolts. They can shear over time. I know from experience  . But i'm sure your aware, just my two sense.

Wow, the body mounting bolts are only 44 ft-lb? I guess i'm good with the 85 I've been going to :D (it probably changes due to the longer bolts of a body lift... BDS claims 90 and PA claims 70 in their instructions)

What about the torque settings for the transmission pan bolts? This would be for a 4L60E, shallow and deep pan. The shallow pan is on an 06 Envoy 4x4 and the deep pan is on an 08 GMT-900 4x4. I would assume they would be the same.

Its the same for both.....Tighten the oil pan to transmission case bolts alternately and evenly to 11 N·m (97 lb in)

What is the torque setting for the spark plugs? I thought I saw somewhere that it was 11 ft-lbs. I have the aluminum block if that matters.

Your correct...11 ft.lbs.

I know anyone who works for GM might knock me for this, but I've always ordered a haynes manual for any vehicle I own, they give you most of the torques you will ever need.

But then again this is coming from someone who is a millwright by trade that works on vehicles at work and on his own time.
