It’s kind of a running joke in the automotive industry that the Nissan Frontier has been around in its current form for so long that it could get a driver’s license of its own. That joke won’t be valid for much longer, however, as the brand-new 2022 Nissan Frontier is scheduled to start hitting dealers’ lots next month. Today, the automaker announced pricing for the updated pickup truck.

The new Frontier gets a 3.8-liter V6 engine rated at 310 horsepower and 281 pound-feet of torque. It comes with a nine-speed automatic transmission and either rear- or four-wheel drive. Elsewhere, every Frontier model gets forward collision warnings, and Nissan Safety Shield 360 is available for every trim.

Nissan offers the truck in several trims, bed, and drive wheel configurations. All Crew Cab models come with a five-foot bed, except for the SV long-wheelbase model, which gets a six-foot bed.
