We’re getting our first look at a completely undisguised 2022 Silverado High Country out and about on public roads.
The 2022 Chevy Silverado was just unveiled a few weeks ago, giving us our first look at the refreshed full-size pickup.
The new Silverado features a refreshed exterior look with a more premium look alongside an all-new interior that features a massive 13.4-inch infotainment screen.
These photos give us our first glance at what the truck looks like outside from staged promotional photos.
Expect the new 2022 Silverado to go on sale next spring.
Our spy photographer reports:
With the updated Chevy Silverado 1500 now fully official, clean, undisguised examples have begun running on public roads. We just got our first good look at one leaving GM’s Milford, MI Proving Grounds—in its luxurious High Country trim.
Our real-world view gave us our first look at the new headlight and LED signature design, along with the new animated nature of its integrated turn indicator. The visual impact of the new design and its modernized lighting display is a vast upgrade over the original design.
We also get our best look at the High Country’s new, metallic trim strip that runs along the lower section of the cab, and the “High Country” subtly embossed on the top of the chromed grille.
