Hello, I’m new to this but I would like to see who else is having issues with the leather seats on their 2018 GMC Sierra pickups . The driver side has cracks in the bottom cushion and the back of the seat along the edges is also showing lots of wear. (By the way I only weigh 162#) when I was finally able to get in to the dealer for an oil change (39172 miles) I questioned the dealer and they said GM would not Waranty any seat wear. My wife has a 2012 Honda Pilot with over a 100k and the seats look brand new.

First post, hoping someone can provide some advice or solution I have a 2016 silverado LT that came with cloth seats. The seats have heating, not cooling. I purchased some leather seats on offer up, I just finished installing them and the drivers seat is not moving... The passengers side works fine, so does the heating option. So I'm wondering if the seat is bad or if my trucks wire harness is not compatible with these seats since they seem to also have cooling. If that's the case, has anyone else done this before? And is there a way to fix this. Another weird thing I noticed is my truck is reading 32° and displays the possible ice on road warning. But it's like 90° outside. So there's definitely something not 100% compatible with mine.

I have a 2017 Sierra 2500 with cloth seats. I have just come across a wrecked Sierra 1500 with leather seats. The leather seats are in showroom condition. My 2017 Sierra has a power driver seat and heated front seats. So does the 2015 Sierra. From photos, the seat mounts and console mounts appear to be the same. I'm not certain if the USB and 12v ports in the consoles are the same. Does anyone know if the 2015 Sierra leather seats and console will fit in my 2017 Sierra? Do you foresee any wiring compatability problems?

Im looking at a truck with the perforated leather heated and cooled seats. I'm a carpenter and I live in an area that gets lots of snow so I'm worried that the perforated leather will not hold up as well as the regular leather seats. Anyone have perforated seats and abuse them?
