  1. Hello Everyone, After spending some time on the forums looking at everyones headlight replacements I finally chose the OPT7 LED H11 Headlight Bulbs off Amazon.com for $100 and thought Id share my experience with it so its easier for someone else to find what they are looking for. Like most, the first thing I did when I wanted a swap was to scour the forum for everyones experience. I saw some reviews that were good and some that were bad. Some people wanted HID, LED, Morimotos, and so on. My main priorities were this: 1) I want it to be white 2) Needs to look good 3) I don't w
  2. As my wife and I drove home one evening over the Thanksgiving Holiday we noticed how bad the headlights were in our 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD. I had wanted to replace the whole headlight assembly. After some discussion, my wife talked me into just replacing just the bulbs first. After some research, I found that to be a much wiser option at this time. So, during the Christmas Holiday I purchased a set of these (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H4GFS8F/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I received them after Christmas and installed them. They were not difficult to install at all
  3. So I have 2015 Chevrolet Silverado Texas Edition 6.2L. I have been blacking it out and am wanting to get rid of the OEM headlights that are chrome. I want to replace with good headlights *with gloss black trim) that U can see better at night as well. I have already replaced the OEM foglights with these: http://www.cjponyparts.com/fog-light-bulb-led-pure-white-5000k-pair-chevrolet-silverado-gmc-sierra-2007-2016/p/H16LEDP/?gclid=CJ_f0Y3aydICFQFpfgod4MYMZg They are great and very bright. I want something comparable to the fog lights. They are blueish in color. I have seen numerous
  4. Quick question I hope someone has had this problem and can help. I purchased the "Eye of Megatron" LED headlights from Amazon made by Hikari. I ordered the 9012 version to replace the current halogen stock headlights on my 2015 GMC Sierra. When I replaced the lights they would not work. I tried moving them to opposite sides and flipping the connector over the way is doesn't clip to make sure the polarity wasn't somehow reversed. They would never come on despite all my efforts. The plug is exactly like the stock plug. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong? Thanks...
  5. Can 2016 Silverado LED headlights be put on a 2015 Silverado? I've looked around online and can't find anything on it. It's the one option I really wish I had when I purchased my truck, the new LEDs look so much better and are so much brighter than my halogens. Thanks guys, Greg
  6. Ok, Im sorry if this has been asked already, but I have been looking in to this for a little over a week now and cannot find anything. I have the 2015 Silverado 1500 with the reflector style headlights. I am thinking about upgrading to LED headlights. I am reading a lot of people saying that you can only use them in the projector headlights. I just put a set of XenonHID LED in my fog lights and love them. However, I am looking for light throw distance AND brightness. Any ideas??
  7. These are a pair of used, but like new V16 Turbo LED headlights - bulb size 9006 / HB4. I had these installed in 2015 GMC Sierra since early May of this year. I'm trading in my Sierra this week and I pulled theses out and replaced the factory bulbs. With the later sunsets I rarely do any night time driving and my truck has the factory LED daytime running lights so these barely got any use. Location: Gorham, Maine Price: $35 shipped Payment: PayPal Power : Powerful 60W/SET (30w/bulb) Lumen : 7200 Lumens/SET (3600 Lumens/bulb) LED Type : CREE MT-G2 Chip Voltage R
