Hello all, I have a question in regards to replacing a block heater cable. My LLY has been garage kept it’s entire life and has never needed to be plugged in. Recently got an L5P l, so the LLY is parked outside. Went to plug it in today and noticed the block heater cable was rubbing onto some engine components which made it tear pretty much all the way through. I’m assuming the heater itself is fine, so I’d rather not replace the whole unit, rather the cord. Do you simply just unplug the old and plug in the new one behind the passenger wheel? Any recommendations on what cord or where to buy? OEM? Or will something from an auto parts store do the trick? Read a lot about splicing, I’d rather have piece of mind that I have a new properly functions cord. -
I have a 2005 2500hd duramax 6.6l LLy. I have been having a problem with my truck when I drive on the fwy doing over 65mph, the vehicle with go into limp mode and throws a ton of smoke. The only codes I get are for my mass air flow sensor, I've cleaned it several times and replaced it with a brand new one , and still no difference. I have a s&b intake with a S&b turbo mouthpiece, which I thought could be throwing off the mass airflow sensor, but those are the only upgrades I have on it. Cant seem to find a answer anywhere, figured I would try here. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! -

This is the 25500 "RACE" model Evolution from my 2010 LMM. It is in perfect condition and worked excellent on my truck! This tuner was returned to stock before it was removed. It also includes the "HOT UNLOCK" code from Edge. It comes in it's original packaging with OBDII cable, USB download cable, instruction manual, Fusion CD and factory mounting bracket. This tuner is absolutely perfect! I'm asking 600.00 for everything shown. This "RACE" model has 7 power levels. And can read and clear codes. It can also recalibrate your speedometer for different size tires or gear ratios. This is the Edge tuner you want if you are planning to DELETE your DPF! On LMM's the EGR codes are disabled on levels 1-3. The EGR is disabled on levels 4-7. Disabling the speedlimiter on LMM's is preprogrammed in the calibrations on levels 3-7.
