Hi everyone. Replacing my chrome OEM door handles and mirror caps with color matched. I acquired the Deep Ruby color matched door handles and mirror caps as well as the GM door spring tool. All went well with the handles with help from the door handle thread. I searched all over for help with the mirror caps and found only a couple of UTube videos for older trucks. They didn't help me much. Bottom line is, I can't get the chrome OEM covers off and need help. Every time I pry up, it sounds like I am breaking the mirror cover. And I don't want to scar the black fixture where cover attaches. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Removed from a new 2014 Silverado, no scratches, chips or scuff paint, a really really nice clean set. Will pack with care.

Just cleaning out my ever growing garage (actually don't have a garage so no room for this stuff, lol). Long story short I haven't had good luck with mirror caps except for when I installed the color matched. But my loss is your gain and the mirror caps are included for free with the door handles. There is no discount if you do not want the mirror caps as that does not affect my shipping prices. If you have any questions please post and I will do my best to answer as soon as possible. For Sale (Pictures and Pricing below) Black door handles and mirror cap set - $65 shippedI order this set from eBay and the seller did not properly package the mirror caps so one clip and one tab broke on them. I still have the broken piece of the clip attached to the mirror cap via scotch tape as seen in the pictures below. The door handles themselves are absolutely perfect, they were new take off's. My original intention was to have them painted but I just ended up purchasing a set of color matched door handle and caps instead. So now when you buy the door handles you get the mirror caps for FREE!!! Chrome door handles and mirror cap set - $85 shipped ***SOLD***The chrome door handles and mirror cap set were the ones that game on my vehicle from the factory. I removed the door handles with not issues but really sucked at removing the mirror caps. I broke a good bit of the clips on the mirror caps but they will still work. If they don't work just throw them out as I am including them for FREE with the door handles. Both the door handles are mirror caps exterior are in perfect like new condition. They were both coated with black plasti dip since 900 miles, the truck is now a couple hundred miles under 5,000 miles. If you see any spots or blemishes on the chrome that is just left over plasti dip (I will clean/shine them up before shipping of course). Black Broken piece of the clip is attached to the mirror cap underneath the scotch. Chrome
