I’ve never come across a Silverado that looks like this. They told me it came from the factory like that, but I just don’t believe it! But possible I could be wrong. 2014 2500 Crew 4x4. Only 6,000 miles!!! I fell in love with it it was love at first sight. I bought it a few hours ago. It looks to me to be higher than a 4” lift, maybe a 6”??? Did it really come from the factory like this or did the dealer send it out to get aftermarket mods before sale. Mickey Thompson 35x12.5 tires. Any information would be good great!!!! The dealership appears to be clueless!!! Any recommendations on the best steps because I could barely get in it and my wife has to be picked up

I want to upgrade the interior my 2011 Chev 3500 extended cab which has basic work truck seats. I found a nice set of leather powered and heated seats at the salvage yard. I know I would need the door panels for the switches and harnesses. Do I need the harnesses going th o the seats which are under the carpet and should I also get the BCM from the truck to make it all work? Bought the truck as a non-runner and got it up and running now want to dress it up

Howdy. New here. We've gotten a deal worked out on a 3500HD and in the final hour my dear wife has halted the process worried about the passenger airbag option available but not on the truck we have the deal on. Why are additional passenger airbags an option and a lower cost one at that? Is the crash performance so good that GM decided to only offer these 6 passenger airbags as an option, or what?

Recently purchased my first 2500 and opted for the gas burner option instead of diesel " to hard on my pocket" Looking at options to have options of attempt to save gas and also swap to unload the mustard when need be. What options would you use or have installed and what you like or dis-like about the tuner?

What would you like have on your truck that it doesn't have? I know I wish my truck had a few things that maybe the next gen will have. My things are as follows: 1) better dome lights for us who have the sunroofs 2) wish the sunroof and windows had a setting to close automatically after the ignition is turned off 3) option to leave camera on for towing (boats especially) since I can't always see my trailer while at the ramp 4) more options with the onstar app like seeing and adjusting temp settings 5) be able to PERMANENTLY turn off stabilitrak and traction control 6) lights under the hood 7) keypad on door handle so I don't have to carry my keys and loose them...again 8) capless fueling (heard the 17's are getting this) I have a few more but those are my biggest ones. So what's yours?

So maybe this has been covered on here before, but I've been in the market for a used Yukon XL, or Suburban. Looking at 2003-2005 models, and since I'm looking at buying an older vehicle, I'm looking for a 2WD, just to eliminate some of the extras, that are high dollar fixes, like transfer case, front differential... Anyway, to my question. I ran across a 2004 GMC Yukon XL Denali today. The guy has it posted as a 5.3L, and as a 2WD. Both of which I didn't think the Denali's came with. I don't see anything about 5.3L being available in the Denali's online, everything says the 6.0L. So I'm not sure if the guy is just wrong, or if it is just that rare. The second part, 2WD, seems to be debated, even on this site. I've seen people on this site, say it wasn't available in 2WD, and some say it was available in 2WD. Again I'm not sure if it wasn't, or was just a rare thing. The only thing I did find, was a website that sells GM certified transmissions, does have the option of AWD or 2WD for the Denali. Which would make me think it did, or the site was just stupid. I know sometimes, with dealerships, you could add on packages, so maybe there was a Denali package, that could be added on at a cost. My dad bought a Sierra, and pretty much did that, his looks exactly like the Denali trucks, but it isn't technically. Also the vehicle is a bit of a drive from where I'm at, that's why I don't want to drive all that way, just to look to see if it has front differential... Any body with some info, it would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey Everyone, New to the forum, recently purchased a 2014 Silverado with the split bench and leather seats. The leather and bucket combo was only available on the LTZs (according to my dealer) and I wasn't going to spend the additional money for just the one extra option I wanted. I've been researching removing the split bench middle "jump seat" and adding the factory console that comes with the bucket seat option. Has anyone attempted this or know much about it? I've searched around and looked online; there seems to be people on Ebay selling the jump seat alone but that's about it. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!
