    I got some amp powersteps off amazon this week and just set to installing them. I'm trying to attach the motors to the brackets and it seems like the axle on the motor won't seat into the hole in the bracket. I'm pretty sure that the interference fit will bind the motor and lock it up. Also, there's 0 grease on these gears/motors. Should I add some lithium or something?

    I had some Tri-Mode Steps on my 2018 Sierra Denali Ultimate, however I removed and sold them due to not liking the Chrome or how far they hung down.. I was under the impression I could get some AMP Powersteps that were plug n' play and I could just plug them into the existing wiring harness under the truck were the old ones connected in? Is that not the case? It seems like it would be quite easy to mount them and utilize the existing harness since it already correctly handles when to drop/raise the boards, etc. Is this possible?
