So I know this has been addressed and gone over a million times but I think my problem is a little different than standard Chevy shake and I hope someone can piont me in a good direction. I bought new a crew short 2017 2500hd duramax. For first 5000 miles it was nice and smooth. Thereafter it began to shake at times in the steering wheel on the highway. I performed a rotate and balance and it seemed better but was still there. Then I personally road forced the tires myself into spec with no change. It seemed intermittent like time and temperature affected it. So after a ton of reading I decided to ditch the stock Goodyears and replaced them with bfgoodrich ko2s. Road forced of course. Highway issue gone. But Now I noticed if I let the truck sit for a week or so then at 30 to 40 mph up I get a pretty serious shake from steering wheel for first 20 minutes or so of driving it gets a lot better but doesn't goes away. I'm not sure what else to do. Going to dealer is not an option. Unfortunately they usually make matters worse. I'll spend the money for the parts if there will be a resolution. I'm pointing toward wheel bearings or even CV axles. I did read a guy with serious shake issue on a 1500 swapped front bearings for cheap autozone ones and it solved his problem. Anyone got any ideas I would appreciate the help. Thank you
