2019 New body Silverado toolbox help

Caught the last day of the truck month clearance deals and brought home this beauty! First step is storage. I have been looking at tool boxes, but having a hard time deciding. There are so many options. Flat black, shiny black, hammered metal look, or aluminum? then, recessed or low profile? I think the silver could pull off any color Would love to see pics of other members tool boxes. My favorite so far are the shiny black with the rails on top which I think would be great when needing a place to tie the tarps to.

Hey guys, recently purchased an AT4 and wanted to get some information and tips on some storage ideas/venders. I tried searching the forum for the topic but didn’t come up with anytbing. Who has a center console lock box? What is the brand and your opinion on the box? Who has aftermarket or GM under seat storage? Is it worth the upgrade from the stock carpeted bin? Finally, has anyone installed a swing out tool box from the bed?

The idea of putting a couple of Military Surplus Ammunition Boxes had been floating on my mind since the day I built my tire carrier rack I finally decided to go for it, since I don't consider the boxes to be expensive, and these offer some advantages, such as very rugged construction, sealed weatherproof lid and just an all around cool tactical look Thought I could share the idea with you guys, since I have been getting positive feedback from my dual tire carrier build thread and such. I hope you enjoy the video, I had a ton of fun making my builds and making these videos. -
Curious how many people out there have a CC short box with a toolbox? do you regret it? seems like there is practically no bed room left after putting one in and has me contemplating a standard bed...thoughts?
