That isn't a shallow ramp, why you so deep in the water? Looks to be a pain to get the skis nose over the roller or centered properly. 

I always back in until I get the rear tires'  lower sidewalls  underwater and the skis pull in or back out with just a couple of blips of the throttle. I can walk around the back of the skis while they are on the trailer in the water and I'm just above my navel deep.
