After the last dealer visit I told them I would give them until end of October to determine a fix before I took further action. Well, October is almost over and I have not heard a peep. I plan to push for a buy back but have a question for Jason. You stated they refunded you less taxes...did you lease or purchase? I purchased and 8% NYS sales tax on $80k+ vehicle is a pretty substantial amount. RJM - what is your plan for next steps?

Another Escalade owner with issue...not as much the buffeting sound (which honestly seems to have gone away...not sure it reaslly has or whether I have become used to it) but rather the vibration. It is most pronounced at 40-45 mph...can feel it and see the rear seat shaking...but it is present at all speeds. The dealer replaced rear tires and did the road force balancer adjustment to no avail....waiting to hear next steps.
