I took my 2022 Sierra in for unrelated service. They updated my software due to the recall. Radio started cutting off for 15 to 20 seconds and rebooting. Control panel was slow in responding. Bluetooth calls dropped. Things were out of sync. So I took it back last week to have it repaired. Some improvements but more of the same. I took it back yesterday, they want to replace the radio at $1300.00. Hell no! My radio worked perfect. GM owes me a radio. If your system is running fine, don't do this update....
