Its definitely frustrating with a brand new truck, seems like a poor desin. Call ahead and ask them if they can order them before you even take it in. Took almost 10 days to get the part in. Good luck!

They said the ports inside the console needed to be replaced. They ordered them and im here now getting them replaced. Funny thing is that after they looked at them the first time they started working agian. But I brought it back to have them replaced anyway and also do a system update

Just got the truck on the 31st and the center console usb ports are dead. Anyone else experience this? Just dropped it off at the dealer. Will update when I get it back
