Sean,  I just today started having a similar problem with my 2015 HD diesel silverado.  The Mylink screen goes to whatever it want, then scrolls through different things, goes blank, refuses to respond to touch, sends screen to dashboard monitor randomly.  Did you ultimately get the problem to be resolved?   Did it take a new radio or the removal of the insulation from under the ground bolt?  (I too, am from LI)   

The dealer's service people have never heard of this and I have an appt for service in 6 days for them to have an initial look at it.  Hope to find my own cheaper fix.
