  1. Have you swapped over to this one yet or gotten the program at the dealer. I got another harness built by gen 5 diy and it fixed my problem only thing is it’s doing the hyperflash when pushing the brakes only.
  2. I got the hd taillights installed on my 2024 Silverado 1500 and got my harness from gen5 diy. Everything works except I had hyperflash and my turn signal didn’t work if I had my foot on the brake. I got it programmed at the dealer and the hyper flash went away but if one of the turn signals is on and I push the brake the opposite side starts flashing too as if the hazards are on. Once I let off the brake the turn signals work as they should. Could this be a problem with the gen5 diy harness? Has pgamboa made a harness yet?
  3. What I ended up doing was getting a GM performance intake elbow and keeping the stock airbox in for a smoother airflow curve. Worked good and then when the parts became available for the GM performance intake off the 2025 6.2s I got one of those airboxs. My dealer told me the refresh trucks didn’t need the calibration to put them in. Just disconnect the battery cable. So far have had no issues and can tell a difference in having the GM performance intake in. Truck seems to shift better and feels more responsive.
  4. How does it work?
  5. It was 87845963
  6. I did end up getting the performance intake part number from a 2025 Silverado since they are able to be optioned from the factory. My question is am I able to somehow get the calibration from the dealer or does the truck even need that?
  7. I’m referring to the headlight area/side fender area being sealed up pretty good by the washer fluid tank. So I didn’t see how it was pulling any cold air from that side. As they call it a “cold air scoop”.
  8. The bottom of the filter connects to the stock air intake location. Then there is no where for air to get to the top air scoop or box plug on the side. The washer fluid tank sits there. These truck are very well sealed off. You can try to shine a light through the whole front by the headlight and you can’t see it at all from the engine bay.
  9. Completely accurate. Funny thing is my truck runs way better and feels like it has more power with my stock intake back in.
  10. I don’t see how the s and b pulls air from the headlight. It’s completely sealed off.
  11. I agree. I had to keep tightening my s and b clamps on the throttle body.
  12. On my s and b the intake temps went up about 8-10 degrees
  13. I will definitely try to find one
  14. I have a borla on mine and I can say i could feel that there was a bit more power and it was better flowing but definitely nothing compared if you were going to get a tune like you said.
