For several weeks I have been having the condition where after I park the truck and remove the key I keep getting a "chime" as if the key was still in the ignition. This happens 2 different ways: Sometimes It happens immediately after removing the key with the driver's door still closed, sometimes it does not happen until I open the driver's door. Occasionally, after I exit the truck, close the door and return a few minutes later if I open the door the truck will start chiming again. Yesterday, I replaced the ignition switch, because I thought for sure that little "external" switch (activated by the ignition cylinder,) attached to it was the culprit. I also started using a new key. I still have the problem, I'm down to thinking it's either a worn cylinder, or something to do with the theft deterrent components attached on and around the cylinder cavity. If it is a worn cylinder, can I purchase a replacement and have it coded to my key, or am I looking at new cylinder, new key and new locks in the door and tailgate? Thoughts? TIA

It's been a while since I've posted. but I do occasionally visit, (most recently for Phil Gamboa,) and I'd appreciate the help. I have a Samsung S10e Android Phone, and the I06 RPO My Link system. Until last week, (with the phone always connected via Bluetooth, as normal,) when receiving an incoming call or using voice command thru My Link to place an outgoing call to a caller on my phone contact list that also had an associated "profile picture" in my contacts list, I would get that photo in in the right upper corner of the HU if I had the phone screen displayed, and I would also get the picture displayed on the phone page on the DIC for the duration of the call. All of a sudden I'm just getting the profile picture displayed on the HU, and all I get on the DIC is the blank "silhouette." Did I inadvertently change a setting, or is something else wrong? I've tried all the usual stuff to no avail. Thoughts? Thanks!
