  1. We see posing pics, wheel lift combo pics, at the work site pics. But where are the offroad pics? I am talking in the mud, in rocks, navigating ruts, on the sand dune pics. Not mine https://jalopnik.com/first-2015-chevrolet-silverado-2500-hd-z71-to-earn-off-1512397541
  2. Thanks, I will give it a cleaning this weekend.
  3. I did an Air filter and oil change this weekend. I used the same oil I used last time STP 0W-20 Dexos but autozone was running a special for an air filter bundled in so I went ahead and put in an STP air filter as well. I am used to getting 18mpg in traffic and 20-22 on the highway but suddenly I am getting 13-14 mpg since changing the air filter. Anyone else have issues with the STP brand filters? I am not in the market for a CAI but thinking about getitng a K&N or AEM drop in now.
  4. Looks really good. I have the same color wheel combo. I am thinking of going with the same tire size but with a 2.5" front 2" rear and 1" wheel spacers. I am just trying to decide if I want to keep the stock wheels, get some after market, or plasti dip the stock ones. I was thinking to plasti dip the gap in the center of the spokes black also.
  5. Hey all, I pick up a dark gray 2015 Silverado LT Z71 today. She is fully loaded with convenience package and in like new condition with 32k miles. Its not my first truck. Whenever I return home I drive my dads 2001 Silverado. As I teenager I drove around in a flame orange 2WD 1979 GMC Sierra all through highschool and as a young adult I drove a 1975 4WD GMC Sierra lifted on 34's with a stroked SB 400. I miss that truck! For the past 9 years I have been driving a 2010 Jeep wrangler JKU lifted on 35's with full armor and goodies to play in the rocks. I ended up with a boat this summer and the jeep just didnt cut it for towing. I have been itching to get back into a truck again and now that I am getting older and the winters are getting colder I wanted something that was better for work commuting, towing, family friendly, and still have some utility capabilities so in comes the new silverado. I am going with I will not be modding this one. This one will stay stock. Or at least thats what I am promising myself.
