  1. I wish it was just the tires on this truck. With 50 miles on it the the A/C quit working, dealer couldn't figure out the issue so gm sent an engineer in to try and figure it out. Ended up tearing out the dash to replace some module. There was a terrible rattle in the dash when starting on cold morning, found a loose heat shield. USB-C doesn't work. Brakes were squeaking really bad so they replaced all the pads all the way around with a new GM spec'd pad. It's doing the same thing again. Twice I went out to leave after sitting over night and both batteries were completely drained, down to 2 volts. They can't figure that out either. The wheel shake is finally better after 4 sets of tires but you can still feel a bit in the seat. The touch screen randomly goes blank and then does a re-boot and comes back on. The def alert is all over the place. I'll put 5 gallons in and it says 500 miles until reduced power. Never been more disappointed in a vehicle in my life, especially one that cost $80K
  2. I've officially had an ass full of my 2020. They've now replaced 6 tires to try and get rid of the road shake and it still does it. 2 brand new good year tires failed the road force test. How does this happen? Every time they go to rebalance they have to add a different amount of weight. So sick of I'm ready to trade in and get a cummins or power stroke. The tire shake is just the tip of the iceberg with this POS. Now they're trying to get GM to approve a different brand of tire.
