  1. I've seen a few threads on this, but I'm starting a new one in case there's anyone like me that was looking for a quick answer. YES, LT285/70R17 will fit on the stock half ton suspension .. at least on mine it does! It's a 2016 Sierra 1500 regular cab base with 5.3, 3.42 and a snow plow prep option which means it has heavier front springs. Stock tires were 255/70R17 and the Ultra Maverick wheels I installed are the same as factory offset. Wheel wells stuffed! Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  2. I personally like a little more tire and a little less wheel than what the 22's give you. I'm a little old school, but that's my $.02
  3. My 2016 WT has heated mirrors and no rear defogger. The mirrors come on with a switch located below the defroster switch.
  4. I just bought a 2016 with 5.3 4WD regular cab short bed and 3.42 gears. The truck I bought had 31K miles but I was also looking at a 2018 regular cab short bed 4WD that had the 5.3 with 3.08 gears and only 12K miles. Here's what I discovered: 2016 5.3V8, 3.42, 4x4, Reg cab, short bed = 8600# 2016 4.3V6, 3.42, 4x4, Reg cab, short bed = 7600# 2016 5.3V8, 3.08, 4x4, Reg cab, short bed = 6600# Yours is 6100# https://www.johnsoncars.com/2016brochures/traileringguide/16USTraileringGuide.pdf
  5. UPDATE: Yesterday I removed the grill and bumper cover to access the bumper mounting bolts. I was able to loosen a total of 8 bolts, re-align the bumper and tighten. Here's before and after shots. I'm pretty happy with it! Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  6. My 2016 is like that and its not from any apparent damage. The gap is the same on both sides .. looked for an adjustment but there's no clear answer. But I do love my truck!
