  1. I have a 2020 Chevy 3500 it’s a diesel the issue I am having is the radio will freeze for 5 to 8 second then the screen will go black for about 20 seconds then the radio will kick on and it will say searching and after about 15 seconds it will link back up with my phone it does this multiple times a week took it to the dealership first time all they did was reset radio it did not resolve the issue the dealership is about 45 minuets from my house it did it twice on the way home I called the dealer ship for 16 days to set up another appointment I ultimately had to drive back down and make a scene to get the owner of the dealership involved since the service department refused to talk to me at which point I scheduled a second appoint to resolve the issue they updated the soft ware this did not resolve the issue at the time I am writing this my truck has been at the dealership 9 days and they are waiting for an answer on what to do about this issue dues to this being my third time to dealer they do not want to return it right away due to the fact that if and when it has the issue again and I make a forth appointment and they work on it again. At which time I can start the procedure for lemon law in the state of Delaware has anyone had this issue if so please let me know and if you have had any luck getting this issue resolved
