Hi all. I am new to this forum but not new to this truck. I recently changed the fuel filter with an oil change. Hours after I drove away I got a miss. I checked all spark plugs which seem to be good so I changed the wires cap and rotor and replace the plugs just in case. I still have the miss. As my mechanical skills are limited can anyone offer or guide me into the direction of white may be causing this. Note this is definitely a miss in the engine. TIA
