    Just got a call back from the dealer. They have heard back from the area service rep and he states that there is a problem they have been seeing on a few trucks and that the will be receiving the new part and will get it in ASAP . Will keep you posted

    I have a new 2020 2500 HD I just picked up last week. and I have had the key not turn completely to the off position where I could remove the key several times now. It will turn off and not go all the way to the off position so I can get the key out. I have to keep playing with it or restart the truck and shift back to drive and back to park and shut off several times to get the key out. Anyone else having this problem? Dealer says they cannot find anything wrong and cannot duplicate. I have video of it happening.
