My infotainment system is malfunctioning in a different manner. First time, the backup cam would not turn off. Message said take to dealer. Dealer said can’t do anything til they see it happen. This week, 250 miles from home, the screen split in 3 section. The left section shifted to center screen, the remaining screen split in half to either side of that. At the bottom third of the screen I have code. I also took a video. Dealer still said they can’t do anything til they see it. Thanks be, Ohio’s lemon laws for safety.
