I have the same issue. Cold start rough idle. The truck is running rough. We had all 8 injectors replaced,the ECM reprogrammed. After reading much about this, I asked the mechanic if by chance there is some sort of air or fuel line leak. He told me he checked injector preassures with diagnostic machine. and his machine would tell him if that was the case. He is suggesting I replace the ECM next. Perry
